Learn more about the mission of Lovett Pinetum and what we do.
These four goals define the mission of Lovett Pinetum. We seek to sustain, grow, and share the magical landscape of the Lovett Pinetum – a horticultural collection of conifers planted in a garden landscape combined with native flora that protects the land surrounding the headwater springs of Pearson Creek as a greenspace for the education and enhancement of our community.
The pinetum maintains a documented collection of more than 130 species of conifers and gymnoperms.
Our conifer collection is planted in a garden landscape mixed with native flora.
The pinetum contains two natural springs that form the headwaters of Pearson Creek.
